19.3.2012 Welcome to Finland My name is Guillaume Garcia, I´m a student in a French Business School, and I´m actually for a six months period in RMO in Finland for an internship as a worker. The principal goal is to improve my English and discover a new culture, the northern culture.
I write here to tell you my feeling, tell you what I think about this country that deserves to be better known about French people I guess.
First, I am going to tell you more about me and my relationship with Finland. I´m 20 years old and as I told you earlier, I studying in a French Business School, who´s call IDRAC LYON. Lyon because it´s the place of the school. I´m in second year and I have to do five years to get certified. In second year you have to go abroad for a six months period it´s that why I´m in Finland now.
I´m already came in Finland, in 2004. The reason and that´s explain my relationship with this country, it´s because my aunt is Finnish. She married my uncle, a French man like me. The first time I came, I was amazed by the beauty of the nature and also welcomes people. And it was natural for me to return in Finland. I must say that at the moment I´m not disappointed, I´m very happy because discovered Finland in winter it´s like discovered Finland for the first time.
Now, I am going to tell you what´s exactly my job, what I´m doing here and why. First you probably will ask you what´s the common point between a Business School and an Institute of Agriculture, this answer is no one. If that´s right that I´m here for my studies, the goal to go abroad it´s for improves English, so the place where you have to work it´s not important if there is no relationship with my school. So I´m here to work with everybody, that means that I change job every week, I go where people need more help and it´s also to show me all the aspects about this Institute of Agriculture. At the moment I speak to you I work in the office head this week, but last week I worked outside with guys who deals about all stuffs in relationship with cows, and the next week I will work in wood´s hall, the place that you build some stuffs with wood. As you understand, I´m not ready to be bored with this program.
I will give some news when it will make more time I would be there.
Best regards,
Guillaume
